These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SkinAfinity Aesthetic Clinic, operated by Lina Pan (Registered Nurse, AHPRA NMW0001372063). By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments

All appointments are by prior booking only. SkinAfinity Aesthetic Clinic is not a walk-in service.

Appointment confirmations are sent via phone or email. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are current.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows affect our ability to offer that time to other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule to ensure safe, quality care for all clients.

4. Eligibility for Treatment

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive cosmetic injection treatments at SkinAfinity Aesthetic Clinic.

It is your responsibility to disclose your full medical history, current medications (including supplements and herbal products), known allergies, and any previous cosmetic treatments during your consultation. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety of your treatment and outcomes.

Lina Pan reserves the right to decline or postpone any treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or in your best interest.

5. Prescription Medicines

Anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers are Schedule 4 prescription medicines regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). All treatments are performed within the applicable prescribing framework by or under the authorisation of an appropriately credentialled practitioner.

6. Treatment Outcomes

Cosmetic treatments are not an exact science. Results vary between individuals based on factors including skin type, muscle structure, metabolism, lifestyle, and individual response to treatment.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our consultation process is designed to set realistic expectations and provide professional advice tailored to your individual goals.

7. Risks & Adverse Events

Cosmetic injections carry potential risks. Common side effects may include bruising, swelling, redness, and tenderness at the injection site. Rare but more serious complications are possible and will be discussed with you during your consultation.

8. Photography

Treatment photographs may be taken before and after your appointment for clinical record-keeping purposes, as required under cosmetic nursing professional standards.

Your photographs will not be used for marketing, social media, or any public purpose without your explicit consent. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time.

9. Payment

Payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept card payments. No deposit is required to secure your booking.

Prices are subject to change. Current treatment pricing is available on request during your free consultation.

10. Privacy

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.
